At RAG Interior, we believe that architecture goes beyond structure—it creates experiences, evokes memory, and forges deep connections with the environment. This philosophy comes to life in our latest project: the new headquarters for the Link School of Business, located in the heart of São Paulo at the Corporate Garden Jardim Paulista.

Spanning 9,600 sqm, this sustainable and visually striking 8-story building seamlessly blends innovation with nature. With panoramic views of Ibirapuera Park, the design redefines educational spaces by creating an immersive campus experience that connects students with the vibrant pulse of the city. As Project Architect Leandro Gushiken shares, “The client envisioned an environment that felt familiar and inspiring—an evolution of their journey, just steps from where it all began.”

Surrounded by lush vegetation and bathed in natural light, the building’s architectural language blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor. Garden-balconies on every level foster a living relationship between the building and its green surroundings, while the central vertical circulation axis encourages movement and social interaction, transforming passageways into shared experiences.

The layout prioritizes function and comfort—classrooms, offices, labs, collaborative hubs, and quiet zones are strategically placed along the perimeter to optimize daylight, ventilation, and scenic views. The rooftop terrace and café offer relaxed, open-air learning and social spaces, making the most of São Paulo’s climate.

Inside, RAG Interior emphasizes material honesty and practical elegance. Exposed concrete columns, expansive glass panels, and refined vinyl finishes create a timeless atmosphere with superior acoustic performance and visual fluidity. Every material was chosen to reflect both the institution’s innovative ethos and our commitment to sustainable, high-performance interiors.

Lighting plays a crucial role in enhancing usability and ambiance. From diffuse, scenic lighting in communal areas to a thoughtful blend of natural and artificial light in classrooms, our design ensures optimal user comfort and energy efficiency.
