Design Concept: “Pathway to Sustainability”

Drawing inspiration from the ancient Silk Route, the design embodies interconnected pathways that symbolize cultural exchange and environmental consciousness. The office layout features a welcoming reception area, adjacent meeting rooms, and utility spaces. It seamlessly integrates formal and informal workspaces, collaborative zones, ideation pods, and a versatile cafeteria that transforms into a town hall through sliding partitions

Sustainable and Ergonomic Features

Workstations are designed based on “The Healthy Office” principles by Ninad Tipnis, emphasizing ergonomic efficiency and aesthetic appeal. Materials were meticulously selected to adhere to global sustainability standards, incorporating local elements to enhance the design’s distinctiveness. The neutral palette of beige and grey is accented with blues from DataVolt’s logo, creating a cohesive visual identity.

Technological Integration and Well-being

The office incorporates advanced technologies such as switchable glass, state-of-the-art audio-visual systems, and meeting room schedulers. Ergonomic chairs and height-adjustable workstations demonstrate a commitment to employee comfort. Ample greenery, including a tranquil Zen Garden, enhances the workspace’s vibrancy and contributes to employee well-being.
